YOUR ORDER'S PREPARATION

Our logistics partner Neolys is in charge of the preparation and the sending of your parcel.

The products are delivered to the delivery address you specify during the ordering process.

Any order received before 10:00 am (12:00 pm during the holiday season - same day delivery guaranteed), business day, is sent, as far as possible, the same day.

 

Shipping & Delivery

For Metropolitan France and Monaco

This information is mentioned on your purchase order as well as during the constitution of your basket.
A business day is from Monday to Friday. Any order placed on Friday before 12h will be shipped on Monday.

Due to the increase in transport costs and in order to offer you faster delivery 7 days a week, we are now using Amazon Shipping.
This change is valid for orders under €100 and if you choose standard delivery without a signature.

*For small parcels only less than 3 cm thick. If your order exceeds 79 €, this delivery method is no longer offered.

**These deadlines are, however, provided for information purposes because we do not control any delays related to the organization of the Post.

For Belgium

Since the Brexit, we have set a minimum purchase of £135 (€170) for orders to the UK, as administrative procedures below this amount are too cumbersome for our logistics provider.

**Delivery times generally noted by Colissimo Expert International are between 3 days and 15 business days. These deadlines are, however, provided for information purposes because we do not control any delays related to the organization of the Post.

For orders placed before 10am (business day), delivery the next day (business day *) before 13h. Track your shipment with DHL.

Some articles will be sent in different delivery times due to availability (based on the longest period established). However, we reserve the right to fraction the delivery. Shipment costs and processing fees are only bill once per order. In this situation, you will receive an e-mail about the subject.

 

TRACKING

Right after the reception of your order, you will be informed by e-mail about its treatment:

  • Waiting for your bank transfer : Only if you have chosen this payment method. The order has been received and we are waiting for your payment (10 days maximum) before treating it.
  • Accepted payment : Your order and your payment method have been approved. We will treat your order in the period established.
  • Preparation in process : Your order is being prepared carefully by one member of our staff.
  • Delivery in process : Your order has left our warehouse. From this moment now, your order is in charge of the transporter.

 

Orders delivered to your door or to pick-up points have always the mention “delivery in process” in your personal account to track them. You should contact us if at the end of 10 days after we send your parcel you haven’t receive it, or any notification from Mondial Relay. We will clear your order. It is possible that your order has arrived to the pick-up point you have chosen but that your e-mail is incorrect. We will send you back your package if retention period at the Post Office expired. You will be billed with an extra 3€ charge due to shipping (return costs and processing fee included).


You will receive a code order to track your parcel for delivery services from So Colissimo and Colissimo Expert International.

 

RECEPTION OF YOUR ORDER

  • Door to door delivery (So Colissimo domicile)

In case of absence, your order will be brought back to the Post Office and you will pick it up for 15 days.  Bring with you a note from the postman or your code order and your ID.

  • Delivery service from So Colissimo pick-up points, the Post Office

You will receive an e-mail or a SMS to inform you when you can pick up your parcel. 

  • International delivery services from Colissimo Expert International

A signature is required upon delivery of your parcel. In case of absence, you can pick up your package at the Post Office nearby for 15 days. Bring with you a note from the postman, your code order and your ID.

 

RETURNS

From the day after the date of receipt of your order, you have 30 days without having to justify any particular reasons, to return the products that you do not wish to keep on the express condition that they have not been opened, neither damaged nor broken and that they are in their original packaging (instructions, accessories, protective film, etc.).

 

Are returns offered ?

Return shipping costs are not covered by MonCornerB.

In order to avoid any loss or damage to the package and to ensure a refund for the returned products, we invite you to take a photo of the products to be returned and of the interior of the package before return, and to keep your proof of deposit.

 

Are exchanges possible ?

As for exchanges, they are not taken into account by our shop. After returning your package, you must then place a new order if you want to change products.

   

Here is the procedure for returning your beauty products to us :

1/ Go to « my account » then « order history » and finally click on « details ».

2/ Tick the product(s) to be returned, indicate the reason for the return in the dedicated box and then click on « request a return ».

3/ Print the corresponding return form and follow the procedure indicated on this document.

Return conditions of an order under special offer and conditions :

If you received a gift offered under conditions in your order, such as a gift offered beyond a minimum order amount (for example the goodie bag), and you wish to return all or part of the items of this order to us, and the remaining amount of your order is below the amount eligible for the offer, then you must also return the gift to us in order to be refunded.

 

Undelivered package because of an unknown address

In case your package has been sent back to us because of an unknown address you gave us, we will be in touch with you and a voucher for the value of the amount paid for the items will be generated or you will get a refund.

 

If you haven't receive your package

You have 10 days, starting from the date that we send you your package, to inform us, in case you haven’t received your order. During this period, we will claim the transporter about this situation and if necessary we will send you back your order. After this timeframe, we won’t send back packages that haven’t been received or missed.

 

If you haven't pick-up your package at a service point or at the post office

If your order is send back to our warehouse because you didn’t pick it up at a service point or at the Post Office, we will be in touch with you and a voucher for the value of the amount paid for the items will be generated or a you will get a refund.
