What is Mineral Makeup?
Mineral Makeup was originally designed to be used on surgical skin. It is essentially composed of natural minerals which are sterilized and pulverized to obtain an ultra-light powder texture. Unlike conventional foundation, it is neither liquid, cream or compact.
The mineral powder has the advantage of being light and soft for the skin and offers modular coverage similar to that of a classic organic foundation. Mineral makeup is recommended by American plastic surgeons and dermatologists because these mineralsallow the skin to breathe and do not obstruct the pores.
