This retinol skincare should be used sparingly :

If the skin is not used to retinol, take the time to get used to it, starting with 1 to 2 applications per week and then gradually increasing the frequency after a few weeks, if the skin reacts well.

Otherwise, stay on one application once or twice a week so as not to put too much strain on the skin.

This skincare is highly concentrated: you don't have to apply it every day to see the effects. The important thing is to go gradually while listening to your skin !

If the skin is sensitive, apply this skincare once a week.
