How to use the Kosas Hotliner Lip Pencil + Wet Stick Tinted Lip Balm combo :
Step 1 : Use the Hotliner Lip Pencil to define and sculpt the lip contour. Start at the centre of your lips and gently trace towards the corners for an even result.
Step 2 : On top, apply Wet Stick Tinted Lip Balm for an ultra glossy, plumping finish. For extra intensity, apply a second coat.
