How to make an effective Asian facial massage with ODACITE's Crystal gua sha Rose Quartz:

Clean the face.

Apply an oil or serum on the skin.

Massage by applying moderate pressure on the forehead, nose, cheeks, chin, under the eyes, neck, collarbones and shoulders, following the gestures described in the explanatory booklet provided.

Optionally, light a candle and add meditation music.

Gua sha can be used in the morning or in the evening, whatever the age and type of skin (combination, dry, oily, sensitive, mature, dehydrated ...). Used several times a week, it delicately exfoliates the skin and makes it more luminous.

Gua sha also improves the penetration of treatments, oils and creams.

For a more invigorating and decongestant effect, store it in the refrigerator a few hours before use.
