La présence de bêta carotène dans ce complément est contre indiquée chez les fumeurs actifs.
Il est cependant présent en petite quantité.

Il est recommandé de prendre 2 gélules par jour avec un grand verre d'eau, à jeûn ou pas, au moment de la journée le plus pratique pour vous !
L'étui contient 60 gélules, soit 30 jours de cure.
Nous préconisons une cure de 3 mois, à commencer avant l'exposition au soleil et à continuer pendant et après :)

Il faut attendre un peu, ça ne fait que quelques jours que j'utilise ces gélules mais pour l'instant je n'ai pas de réaction cutanée négative.
